As a professional plant-based cook, I specialize in creating delicious meals tailored to your tastes. I'm passionate about working with seasonal ingredients and exploring the diversity of flavors that plants offer. In September 2024, I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu with a Diplôme in Plant-Based Culinary Arts, a program that equipped me with professional skills in cuisine, patisserie, and boulangerie. This prestigious training reinforced my mission as a chef: to show people that plant-based food can be affordable, delicious, and easy to make.

I will take care of all the steps, from menu planning (based on nutritional needs, preferences, and dietary restrictions) to on-site ingredient shopping and meal preparation.

Menu Examples

We will customize the menu for your event together, but you can find some ideas below!

Brazilian menu:

moqueca (plantain or palm hearts stew), feijoada (bean stew), farofa, baião de dois (bean and rice dish), escondidinho (casserole), empadão (savory pie)

Italian menu:

pasta with diverse sauces (carbonara, cacio e pepe, arrabiata, vegetables, lasagna, risoto, arancini)

Mexican menu:

chilli, dips (guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo salsa), tortillas, quesadillas, tacos, burritos

Brunch menu:

breads, dips & spreads (hummus, cream cheese, guacamole, cheddar), mini pancakes, cakes (chocolate, banana bread, orange), cookies, toasts

Charcuterie boards:

bread, crackers, different dips & spreads to eat with bread and crackers (hummus, cream cheese, guacamole, butter beans, tapenade, caponata), vegetables, fruits, dried fruits, nuts, vegan cheeses and charcuterie, finger foods (couscous, salads, mini savory tarts)

Professional, friendly party catering

Steph recently catered a private event for around 15 people for me. After our initial conversation in which we agreed on a Mexican theme, Steph proposed a number of dishes that would work well as finger food. She was very considerate of my preferences and ideas and helped me define the details from dishes to quantities. She did all the planning, preparing and cooking. Dishes included empanadas, guacamole, pico de gallo, cashew sour cream, tortillas, churro cupcakes and spicy brownies. Everything was great. The empanadas especially impressed my guests, some of which are not veggie/plant based.
